Trying to get back on track. Gained some boyfriend weight that I’m not too happy about. I want to be fit and lean. Not round and giggly. My legs have lost a lot of ton and my stomach seems to get bloated more and more each day. So I am trying to do something to fix my problem.

So my body is tremendously sore from this fitness test I took on Friday. It is now Sunday, my back, calves, thighs, arms. Just about everything but my abs. 

I passed the fitness test and that is all that matters. :)

As soon as I feel strong enough to do the Jillian workouts I’ll start working out again. I took a very long break. I was tired and didn’t have the motivation to get past the warm ups. However, this job that required the fitness test is physically demanding. So I have to make sure my body can keep up with their requirements. 

So here we go again we are on a fitness mission. Not so much for that 120 goal weight but for a healthy toned body. I think I can get to 135-140 and still look amazing and that is only 5-10 lbs I have to lose. 

GW: 135 or lower

CW: 145

HW: 145

It was only Day 1 and I decided to cheat with half a big of chips and lots of salsa.

Oh well I read somewhere once don’t let a situation ruin your plan. Just use the extra food as more energy to burn off in the workout. 

Which is what exactly I did this morning. Hoping for no more hiccups this month. I want to look GOOD on NYE ;)
